Business tycoon Hamis kiggundu acquired 100 Acre's of land in Lake victoria at a sum of 105,500/-.

 

Mr Ham of Ham Enterprises U Ltd has been having land wrangles with the Buganda land board for a while.
It all started a few months ago when Mr Ham started developing land in kigo next to the showers of lake Victoria which prompted NEMA to interject .

This was an eye opener to BLB which also filed a case against the tycoon claiming that this land belonged to Buganda kingdom and to kabaka in particular.

Mr kiggundu Ham decided to step down claiming that he couldn't fight with BLB yet he is also a Muganda who Believes Buganda kingdom as well.Though Ham says that after making a follow up ,Ham realized that a group of mafias wanted to grab his land which he thinks isn't a good image .

Ham Also Decided to run to court and filed a case of land grabbing and promised to deal with a group of land grabbers in Buganda land board .
