Dr Kizza Besigye spends a night in coolers at Naggalama Police

 

Dr Kizza was arrested in the morning at Arua park after maneuvering heavy deployment at his home in kasangati .

This prompted police  from CPC  to forcefully arrest him and took him to CPS but after a few hours ,he was driven to Nagalama police for dentation.
