FDC DR Kizza Byesigye Appears Before Buganda Road Court .

Dr Kizza Byesigye  has appeared before the Buganda Road chief Magistrate's Court for charges formally following his arrest  yesterday             

Dr Kizza Byesigye had been charged with incitement to violence following his arrest over renewed protests against govt inaction to cushion Ugandans against skyrocketing commodity prices
