MBALE: Medic arrested for defiling a 15 year old girl.

 Police in mbale has in custody khaukha Charles  a Medical a Doctor working with St Andrews Clinic in mbale. 

Dr. Khaukha Charles is accused of raping a S. 1 student of Town Side High School Mbale.

Reports indicate that the young gal visited the Hospital for medical checkup,she was attend to by Dr khaukha and in the process of check up , she was Raped.
