Uganda gets the First woman to be award with a PHD in Law. (LL.D)

Ms. Carol Adoch is  the first woman to be awarded a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) from Makerere University.

The function was officially opened by HE yoweri kaguta Museveni at state house in Nakasero via zoom and the graduation process will on Friday this week.
