NEWS:EMYOOGA Monitoring in action.

RDC luuka *Jane Francis Kagayi* together with her deputy RDC *Waiswa Paul Bwenibwamwiko* started monitoring exercise, with luuka North and South emyooga SACCOs to see their state and performance after receiving the grant of 30m each by NRM government.

Office of the President team is preparing to receive the state minister of micro finance  Hon.Haruna Kasolo on Monday *13th/June/ 2022* in luuka district. Hon minister and his team are also on a monitoring exercise of emyooga operations all over the country.

It should be known and noted that, luuka district received a total grant of 1.12b that targeted 36 SACCOs in both constituencies and after monitoring, RDC luuka and her team had a word with all emyooga SACCO chairpersons and appreciated them for the good work done sofar and encouraged them to keep the spirit because outstanding SACCOs are yet to receive more 20m to boost their operations.

Commercial officer luuka district Kirunda Abubaker assured members how ready his office is, to receive Hon. State minister  Haruna Kasolo in luuka district.

Most chairpersons emyooga SACCOs also had a word of thanks to NRM government for the 30m grant and also to RDC luuka Jane Francis Kagayi together with her deputy RDC Waiswa Paul  Bwenibwamwiko for their great efforts towards this initiative so far and requested, if government can add more funding to the emyooga SACCOs, in order to target a reasonable number of beneficiaries in every constituency.
