NEWS:Ham Land Case hangs in Balance, No boundary opening.

 

     Tycoon,Hamis kigundu speaks to press after               meeting with ministry of Lands



Inside Source has informed us that Lands Ministry has ruled out Ham's hopes to take his surveyors at Kigo for boundary opening. 


.

Both Ham and Buganda land board attended the meeting to prove ownership of the property,on the  14th June 2022 at 9am. As previously directed by The Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development who issued new directives on the contested 140-acre Kigo land calling for a boundary opening survey to draw a line between public and mailo land.


This was after a meeting held on June, 2nd 2022 at the Ministry of Lands where it was resolved that a final symposium be convened on Tuesday, June, 14th 2022 after which all parties and the ministry shall proceed with a joint boundary opening survey to finally resolve the matter..





The ministry is to conduct more investigation on how Tycoon Hamis Kigudu Acquired land titles on this  property  which Buganda Kingdom disputes.




Neither Tycoon Hamis kigudu  nor Buganda land board revealed to journalists on what had transpired in the 2 hours meeting which was held today the 14th April 2022,at the ministry.
