Bubulo chief magistrate Esther Karungi has on Tuesday sentenced a one Derick Kuloba to 15years in jail and compensation of 50million to family of Evelyn Namasopo.
Kuloba has been battling with the case since July 2019, when he chopped off the left hand of Namasopo a 16year old student and resident of Nakatsi sub county in Bududa.
Namasopo had allegedly denied Kuloba sexual advances which angered the conviction leading to his ruthless actions.
