While at Buliisa District headquarters, Nabbanja in company of State Minister for Public service Mary Mugasa and area Mp's was surprised to hear from the District CAO that PDM SACCOs were created without following set guidelines.
Nabbanja thus halted all PDM related processes in the district until the anomaly is sorted.
She said this if not addressed would jeopardize the intention of the Program that is aimed at putting the 39% ugandans into the money economy.
PDM sensitisation meetings chaired by Ministers are ongoing across the country.
