29th/6/2022 was set as a ruling date on the jurisdiction of court to handle the bail appeal for Hon Ssegirinya and Hon Allan Ssewanyana.
Hon. Ssegirinya and ssewanyana have nearly spent 9 months on remand in Jail on accusation of murder cases.
On 22nd June 2022,Hon. Ssegirinya and Ssewanyana appeared before court on zoom,appealing against bail refusal by Masaka's Justice Lawrence Tweyanze.
All never went well on the on 22nd June and court was adjourned to 29th June 2022.
Their lawyer, Shamim Malende expressed disappointment with the repeated prayers by the state for adjournment.
