NEWS:PM. Nabbanja launches Project to address all forms of malnutrition in Uganda.

The 48 months National information platforms for nutrition (NIPN phase 11) project will be implemented under the office of the Prime Minister.

While launching the project at OPM today , Nabbanja lauded European union and other partners for their effort towards addressing all forms of malnutrition in Uganda.

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the reduction of under nutrition and all forms of malnutrition in Uganda inline with SDG 2.2 and the 2030 agenda.

The over 3million$ project is targeting children under 5years of age, school aged children, adolescents,women of reproductive age, pregnant and lactating women.

The launch was among others attended by Ministers, MPs, heads of government agencies, District representatives and other partners.
