NEWS:Nabusayi Hands Over Senior Press Secretary Office To Walusimbi

 


Lindah Nabusayi Wamboka, whose tenure as the Presidential Senior Press Secretary (SPS) ended a few days ago, has today handed over office Sandor Walusimbi, who replaced her.

 


Nabusayi handed over office to Walusimbi, who has been the Head of Communications at the State House Ant-Corruption Taskforce, during a function that was held at State House, Entebbe.



Shortly after handing over office Nabusayi said thus on twitter; “It has been an absolute honour & pleasure to serve @KagutaMuseveni State House and my country as Senior Press Secretary to the President of the Republic. I am proud to handover to a great resourceful colleague @sandorwalusimbi.  Thank you dear Countrymen and Women.”

 

Prior to being appointed Presidential Press Secretary Nabusayi served as the Presidential Press Secretary, a position she held since 2015 after she replaced Tamale Mirundi.

Walusimbi previously served as the head of corporate relations at Uganda Breweries Limited and also as Marketing Manager for East African Breweries Limited.

Having joined EABL in 1995 as a brand promoter, he was promoted to brand manager, innovations and commercialization manager, senior brand manager and marketing manager for spirits.
