"No bail for you today" Buganda road court denies bail to Tracy Nalubowa Nup supporter who jubilated the death of Gen. Tumwine.

 

Buganda Road court has denied bail to Trace Nalubowa, a National Unity Platform Supporter who was arrested last month from Nansana. 

Tracy Nalubowa was charged with offensive communication on 9th September 2022 and sent on remand in Luzira prison.

She appeared at Buganda road court today 26th September 2022 and Her bail application was heard.

According to lawyer Shamim Malende, sureties were presented though the judge opted to push the Ruling on bail to 3rd October 2022.

Lawyer Shamim Malende further said that she presented eligible sureties who included the biological father to the accused, unfortunately the court judge denied her client bail.

Trace was arrested  after her videos, where she was jubilating the death of Gen, Elly Tumwine went  viral on social media.
