“Gen. Muhoozi totally has no capability to declare war on Kenya even if he is the son to the president” Says Brig Gen. Felix Kulayigye.

 

Just a number of days after the son of the president of Uganda Gen Muhoozi Kinerugaba’s dangerous and threatening tweets on is abilities to attack Kenya’s capital City Nairobi before two weeks.

The Spokesperson of Uganda People’s Defense Forces UPDF, Brig. General Felix Kulayigye has disclosed two groups of people that have ability to announce war with another country as per Ugandan law.

According to Brig General Felix, A General like Gen Muhoozi Kinerugaba has no right and power to declare war against another nation as claimed by his Tweets against Kenya as a nation on Monday.

While appearing on one of the Natiional Televisions in Uganda, Brig Gen Felix said that Uganda military was not happy or moved by General Muhoozi’s Tweets.

Felix said that in Uganda, Only the president and Mps have the ability too start a war against any country. “it is only president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and the parliament of Uganda to start or goes into aa war with any other country” Says Brig Gen. Falix.

 

Felix Kulayigye is a Uganda Brigadier General, a chief political commissar and platoon commander.

He is a Uganda people’s Defense Force UPDF Spokesperson who was appointed to the position on 4^th of Feb 2022, replacing Brigadier Flavia Byekwaso who was sent on a course at National Defense college Uganda as well as the Ministry of defense
