The Shadow Minister for foreign affairs also Kyadondo East MP Muwada Nkunyinji has demanded that the Government produces evidence in form of tickets to approve that they returned Ugandans from the UAE.
Speaking to journalists at Parliament, Muwada says tickets for a few Ugandans who have been repatriated were bought by the National Unity Party and the government of UAE.
Though Ministry of Gender says that more than 1,500 Ugandans have been repatriated from UAE by Uganda Government.
Gender and Culture Affairs State Minister, Hon.Peace Mutuuzo admitted that several Ugandans had trafficked themselves to UAE seeking for job opportunities but unfortunately ended up in dentations.
"We've been in talks with UAE Governments to in order to see that Ugandans are given amnesty" : Mutuuzo.
National unity platform says that as of today, they have repatriated more than 100 Ugandans and are doing everything to process others.
