NUP receives another batch of 12 Female Ugandans who had been detained Dubai.

The leadership of National unity platform  on 19th october 2022, received the 3rd batch (girls and women) who were stranded in the UAE.

The group  was  received by the party Secretary General,  David Lewis Rubongoya

And the party spokes person, Hon.  Joel Ssenyonyi .

According to National Unity platform president, Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, the  12 Ugandans have been in detention in Dubai for several months. 

Kyagulanyi further says that as of today, they  had repatriated 41 Ugandans and are doing everything to process others. 

Previously Many complaints have been failed by several Ugandans that show that over three thousand Ugandans are stuck in UAE detentions.
