A student pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (DPPM) at Uganda Management Institute Mbale Campus has been shot dead in cold blood by armed Karamojong.
The student only identified as William was shot dead yesterday 3rd October along Kotido-Moroto road as he was going to visit his family in Iriiri, Bokora County, in Napak District.
Information from relatives indicate that the deceased intended to visit his relatives then proceed to Mbale City for his studies at the UMI Mbale Campus.
The deceased who was travelling alone in his vehicle UAJ 114E is said to have been shot at close range through the heart.
