Hon. Shamim Malende was intercepted by police in the Areas of Bwaise while she was issuing out reflector jackets to Boda boda riders on Nabweru stage.
Hon Malende was taken at kawempe police station
According to Malende she was intercepted by police and taken to kawempe police for questioning but after 3hours if dentation, she was set free without any charge being prefered on her.
We tried speaking to Dpc Kawempe, for a report on the arrest But unfortunately all was in vain.
