The national unity platform boss, Hon. Robert kyagulanyi ssentamu has spit venom after the deputy speaker of parliament, Hon. Timothy Tayebwa sending Mityana Member of parliament Hon. Zaake Francis to disciplinary committee yesterday.
Tayebwa sent zaake to disciplinary committee following a friction between both of them while in a parliamentary seating on 29th November 2022.

"It's a pity that instead of steering the House towards a solution, the Deputy Speaker Mr. Tayebwa has chosen to trivialise the abductions as "drama". But again, what would you expect of a man who was captured on camera torturing a Government worker"? -Bobi wine.
Bobi wine further credited his blue eyed man for tabling a matter of national importance before the speaker and other Members of the house.
"I applaud you Hon. Zaake Francis for making in Parliament today this passionate submission against the rampant abduction of our comrades. This is a matter of utmost urgency which all leaders must condemn and seek an immediate halt to" -Bobi wine via twitter.

Hon. Zaake had rose up on the floor of parliament, seeking a resolution of the House pertaining to the abduction of a former presidential candidate, Joseph Kabuleta, and Sheikh Ramadhan Mwanja, the Deputy Amir of Jamatil Dawatil Salafiya Tablique Community on Monday but was intercepted by the deputy speaker.
"I believe you know the rules procedures in this house Hon. zaake ? It is better we discourse this issue in my office before smuggling it on the floor of parliament" - Tayebwa
Hon Tayebwa to suspended the house for about 25 minutes as he held a meeting with the opposition leadership, led by Opposition Whip John Baptist Nambeshe.’
Upon resumption of the session, Speaker Tayebwa condemned Mp Zaake’s actions which he said might affect him badly.
“Honourable members, no one can blackmail this house; I will not allow anybody to hijack the microphone in order to influence my decision, Hon Zaake has not even been here for the last 10 sittings and he didn’t have my permission, yet I didn’t say anything.
I want to caution him that this house has rules and they must be followed. If you want to do drama, go do it in your constituency but not on this floor.” Tayebwa said.
As such, the speaker referred Zaake to the House’s Rules Committee, Discipline and Privileges which is led by Hon. Abdu Katuntu, for further disciplinary action.
