ISTANBUL, Nov 13 (Reuters) - An explosion in the centre of a busy pedestrian street in central Istanbul left at least four dead and 38 other wounded & running from the scene of the fiery blast, according to the local governor, published videos and Turkish media.
Police have cordoned the area off and nearby streets are being evacuated, with law enforcement reportedly considering the blast terror related. (RIA citing police sources)
Turkish authorities have reportedly banned TV channels from broadcasting at the scene of the explosion.
