Former Kampala City Resident City commissioner Hudu Hussein, who had been recently transfered to Yumbe District was again yesterday 10th November 2022  transfered to Lwengo, in greater Masaka  with immediate effect in a min-RDC & RCC reshuffle.

Hudu Hussain has thanked the people of Yumbe District for welcoming him during the short period he worked with them.

Hudu also says that he has  learned a lot from Yumbe for the short period of time he has spent there.

"Ive learned a lot from cross-boarder security to refugee issues, etc. I am indebted to president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for the trust & mentorship" Hudu 

Hudu also noted that Kampala  & Yumbe are great leadership making experiences and pledged loyalty & hard work as he heads to serve Lwengo, where he has been transfered by the appointing authority. 

RDC Hudu Hussein is well known for Smart city Initiative in Kampala, where he successfully evicted all street Vendors (Batembeyi) from the streets of Kampala.

He is also well know for his radical statements and fearlessness response to Politicians and other officials, most especially during his time as Kampala City RCC, where he used to face it off with the Kampala City Lord mayer, Salongo Elias Lukwago over the smart City Project.
