Yet to be confirmed, it is alleged that Five (5) members of Hajj Abdul Nadduli Family in Ssemuto, Nakaseke district were picked up by “drones” last night.
Area authorities say the operation was done between 3:00-4:00AM and the the arrested were taken to unknown place.
UPDF confirms the arrest of his family members over the recent attacks on Police station in Busika, where a gun was stollen and one police officer killed.
"Nadduli’s family members were arrested UPDF" spokesperson Felix Kulaigye confirms the 10 suspects who are being held at CMI.
Haji Naduli is a Senior NRM member, former minister without portfolio, he was appointed to that position on 6th June 2016 a position he served in until 14th December 2019.
By the time we filed this story, police had not yet made any official communication about the allegations.
