LOP Mpuuga and other opposition MPs arrive in UK .

 

Hon mpuuga and other opposition members of parliament are  On an official visit to the United kingdom Parliament for engagements with other  counterparts in the House of Commons. 

According to Hon. mpuuga, they have met with Hon Maria Frances Miller DBE - Chairperson of the Common wealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) UK Chapter, with whom they discussed mentorship of their female legislators to improve their participation in the legislative processes.

Hon. Mpuuga later met Hon Thangam Elizabeth Rachel Debbonaire, the Shadow Leader of the House of Commons, Shadow Ministers:- Hon Muwanga Kivumbi (Finance), Hon Muwada Nkunyingi (Foreign Affairs), Hon Christine Kaaya Nakimwero (Environment), Hon Joel Ssenyonyi (Chair, COSASE) and Hon Flavia Kalule Nabagabe (Representative to the IPU).
