It was a day to remember for a one Alionzi Lawrence Dangote who emerged the winner to become the 88th Guild president.

Alionzi Lawrence Dangote was endorsed by National Unity platform, the Biggest opposition party in Uganda.

8 candidates were duly nominated to contest in the university’s 88th guild election.

They included Alionzi Lawrence, Ibra Hussein, Ronald Mugisha, Carlton Muyinda, Edward Nalwangu, Honesty Natumanya, Blessious Namirembe and Justus Tukamushaba.
