Namisindwa Deputy RDC Warns Head teachers against Malpractice as PLE Examinations kick off.


Namisindwa Deputy Resident District Commissioner Juliet Solome Namara has warned against malpractice as the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) start today 9th November 2022. 


Namara sounded the warning today while overseeing the delivery of examination materials for Namisindwa District. According to Namaara, 5,264 pupils are sitting for PLE in 87 examination centers in Namsindwa District.


As a result, she says the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has deployed 87 scouts, 87 supervisors and 211 invigilators to over the examinations in the District.

Emma Bwayo the Namisindwa District Youth Councilor has called for responsible parenting saying that with the traditional circumcision season ongoing, some children especially the girl children may be exposed to dangers like defilement and teenage pregnancies.
