Namisindwa District Deputy RDC Julie Namaara Solome has called for team work between politicians and civil servants if government is to achieve its desired goal of citizens achieving middle income status.
Namaara made the remarks while speaking at Namabya Sub county headquarters during the presentation of FY 2021/22 budget framework on Mondayafternoon, she says government has enrolled poverty eradication programs like Emyooga, PDM, UWEP among others.
She urged civil servants to be accountable to the people they serve said the electioneering period was over and people should concentrate on economic activities in line with the budgetary estimates for 2022/2022.
Bwayo James Kutumbesi the Namisindwa District vice Chairperson applauded the Deputy Commissioner explaining that her message is timely. Bwayo who also doubles as Namabya Sub county asked residents to utilize offices for better coordination for service delivery.
