Thousands take part in the MTNMARATHON2022 with a common goal of; “Running for Babies”.


Prime Minister Rt Hon Nabbanja Robinah flagged off the 5km and 10KM runners at Kololo Sunday morning.


The Premier was flanked by the MTN CEO Mr sylmulinge, MTN Chairman Charles Mbire and KCCA Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka among other important guests.


Proceeds for the MTN Marathon2022 will be directed towards improving maternal health facilities in Kawaala, Kisenyi, Kaabong, and Kachumbala.


The MTN Marathon started in 2004, and proceeds from that marathon were directed towards helping expectant mothers in IDP (Internally Displaced People) camps in Northern Uganda.
