Several anti- Rwanda protesters paraded through the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo town of Goma on Monday, as M23 rebels twisted their clutch on the enclosing country, AFP reporters revealed.

A largely Congolese Tutsi faction, the M23 renewed warfare in late 2021 after being stagnant for years, indicting DR Congo’ s regime for declining to honor a treaty to incorporate its combatants into the military.

Protesters intonate for projectiles to battle Rwanda, as well as sayings antagonistic to Uganda, which many also indict of supporting the M23 rebels.

Police authorities wielded tear gas to scatter protesters in Goma from the boundary station with Rwanda
