"I have lost a great friend and a man of God" - Capt. Mukula Mourns Bishop Okabe

Following the death of Mp Hon. Bishop  Patrick OKabe and his wife after getting involved In a nasty accident today morning, in Naboa budaka district, off Mbale tirinyi road.  The NRM Eastern Uganda chairman, Flt. Captain Mike mukula has described the late as one of  the most dedicated and committed the country has lost.

Captain Mike mulula and late Okabe have been great friends since both of them are from Teso region in Eastern Uganda and members of the ruling Government, National Resistance Movement (NRM) we are reliably informed that Mukula played a big role during the the 2021 elections which saw  late Okabe win the seat as area MP serere.
