Minister of Information, communication Technology and National Guidance, Hon. Chris Baryomunsi on Thursday 15th December 2022, visited bedridden Nantumbwe Benah at kiruddu hospital.
Benah Nantumbwe, a journalist working with Success FM has been bedridden in ICU at kiruddu hospital for almost two weeks now.
After checking on her, Hon. Baryomunsi promised to work closely with the Hospital and family members to see that Benah gets well so soon.
The Minister also issued a directive to Uganda broadcasting services to switch off Success 104.9 FM, which has failed to meet its obligations that includes failing to pay employees for more than five months and transmission costs.
