A witness told our reporter on phone that most of the injured people who had gathered for Sunday prayers were rushed to the General Hospital.

The incident has happened at the border half kilometres from Uganda, and its feared that some of the victims were Ugandans or people with relatives and friends who live in Congo.

The explosion took place at a crusade that had attracted many people, the preacher was blind man known as Pastor Kipofu Jerome, and no one has claimed responsibility.
