Mary Goretti Kitutu kimono is a Ugandan academic, politician and environmentalist who has represented the people of Manafwa District in the 9th, 10th and 11th parliament.

She was appointed Minister for Karamoja Affairs on 8 June 2021, replacing John Byabagambi.

 

She was the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, in the Ugandan Cabinet, from 14 December 2019 to 8 June 2021. 

Street indicates that Kitutu may bounce back as Member of parliament for Namisindwa in 2026, after sighting that Manafwa district is becoming toxic. 

Irene Nafuna Muloni.

 Muloni is a Ugandan electrical engineer, businesswoman & politician.

She was Senior Presidential Advisor to Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. 

Moloni has been in parliament for 4 terms, she has represented the people of Bulambuli in the 6th, 7th, 8th. She lost her seat in the 10th parliament to Independent candidate; Sarah Wekomba but She again regained her seat after the 2021 general elections

Muloni Bounced back in the 11th parliament where she is currently serving her 4th term.

She was previously Cabinet Minister for Energy and Minerals in the Ugandan Cabinet until December 2019, serving from 27 May 2011.

We are not sure of her return in 2026 because she has been mute both on ground and on the floor of parliament ever since she was elected in 2021.

Connie Galiwango Nakayenze

Nakayenze is a Ugandan politician and district woman representative of Mbale City in Uganda's 11th Parliament. 

Connie also served as the Member of Parliament in the 9th and 10th   Parliament of Uganda as woman Member of parliament, Mbale District.

She is affiliated to the ruling party, the National Resistance Movement.

Her bouncing back to parliament in 2026 is 50/50 due to her current poor performance both in parliament and ground.

Florence Nambozo Wamala.

Florence is woman  member of the parliament for Sironko District.

She was first elected to parliament in  2016 Uganda general elections and was re-elected for the same post in the 2021 Uganda general elections. 

Florence is performing much more better on ground than in parliament, she has never spoken on the floor of parliament in year  2021- 2022.

Sarah Kayagi Netalisile.

Natalisile is the current woman  member of the parliament representing Namisibdwa District in the 11th parliament.

Natalisile also served in the 9th parliament before she was outed by by her rival, Canon Grace Namukhura, who only served for one term in the 10th parliament.

Netalisile has performed poorly in all her terms, she has never contributed any word on the floor of parliament, never doing well on ground.

Her return in 2026 is not clear because she is in silent mode.
