M7 orders Parliament to drop the Namuganza censure motion

President M7 meeting with the NRM parliamentary caucus executive committee members 


Our inside sources has Informed to us that the NRM Parliamentary caucus executive committee members meeting of yesterday 4th Jan 2022, resolved to remove the censure of minister of state for lands, Urban and housimg development, Hon.  Persis Namuganza’s censure from the order paper. 


Our inside source also informed us that the meeting which was cheered by the head of state, president yoweri kaguta museveni, also resolved that both minister Namuganza and Speaker Among should harmonise for the smooth running of parliament.


The harmonisation task was given to the NRM secretary General , Mr Richard Twadong. 


Parliament was yesterday  4th Jan 2023 summoned to constitute a select committee to start the process of censuring the state minister for Housing, Persis Namuganza.


The MPs accuse the minister of undermining the operations of Parliament using social media and other channels after the Naguru –Nakawa Land Adhoc Committee report implicated her in illegal land allocation to an investor.
