Two youths have been arrested in Namisindwa with a stolen motorcycle number UEV 821V Bajaji Boxer red in color..
Wanzusi Brazil the Namabya Sub county chairperson identified the suspects as Isma Ssenyonjo 25years from Kampala and Zahara Watsemba 22years from Bukhaweka Namisindwa District.
He explains that the duo left Kampala on 10th/01/2023 and were tracked by aspecial team of detectives from Police in Kampala and were arrested from a guesthouse where they have been hiding.
Wansusi says the suspects have been transferred to Kampala for further interrogation.
Emma Bwayo the Namisindwa District Male Youth Councillor says the duo were reportedly planning to sell the motorcycle before crossing to kenya. Bwayo attributes the act to unemployment and poverty asking youths to focus and hustle hard.
Julie Namaara Solome the Deputy RDC Namisindwa promised to resume security sensitization and operations to weed out wrong elements.
