Pretty Nicole’s tormentor, Queen Kafta sentenced to three years in Luzira Women Prison

Queen Kaftah, the girl who appeared in a video beating up a friend Pretty Nicole with her friends over a boyfriend, has been sentenced to three (3) years in jail over aggravated torture.


By 9am today morning kira Division magistrates Court was at full capacity as  Magestrate Nseenge Roselyn, made her final ruling on the Nicole case.


Pretty Nicole tormentor, Kafta Queen broke down while in court, asking  the magistrate to give her a convenient punishment, before it decide on the punishment. 


She also informed court that she is s6 student who would wish to resume school next week.

This did not save kafta and the magistrate requested court to present pretty Nicole.

Court was suspended for an hour as the magistrate, Nicole, kafta and a few family members went in a private room for private talk. 

After court resuming with nicole present in the doc, Kafta still broke down and asked her to forgive her but all in vain

Kaftah was found guilty of the accusations which violate section 2 (1) (b) and 5 (a) (h) (j) (k) of the Prevention of Prohibition of Torture Act 2012.

She was subsequently sentenced to three years in prison.


How kafta was arrested.....

Kafta Queen  was arrested by Officers attached to Police’s Crime Intelligence Unit few weeks ago and was sent on remand in Luzira till today when she appeared before court for judgment.

Queen was the prime suspect in the assault of a one Nicole who she accused of sleeping with her boyfriend.

A video which went viral on social media showed  Queen who introduces herself as a Nicole’s friend  unleashing  fists and punches before her other two colleagues joined the beating spree.

The video attracted public condemnation and Police launched a manhunt for the three rogue ladies. The two went in a hiding.


Queen was arrested and briefly detained at Kensington Police post in Kyanja before she was transferred to Kawempe Police Station.

How It started

This website interviewed close friends to Nicole who had pitched camp at the Police Post baying for Queen’s blood.

They revealed that a month or so ago, they met a group women at a hang out in Kawempe.

The girls came and joined there table  because they had vibe -reveals Nicole’s pal.


As women are fondly known for making quick friendship, Nicole and Queen immediately became inseparable.

A few days after, Nicole received a phone call from Queen asking her for a visit in Kira Municipality.


“Because they had become friends we allowed her to go and visit in Kira. We were shocked when Nicole returned with bruises saying she had been beaten over a man. What is a man? The ka man is all short like a shoe. What is the problem of sleeping with a man, is it a crime?” a furious lady close to Nicole added.

This website established that man at the center of the battle is rich and lives abroad. He just returned to the country for Christmas festival.

Nicole’s friends and relatives including the mother vowed to seek justice for their daughter.

The two other culprits are still at large.
