Unknown panga-Wielding assailants have this evening at around 8pm attacked a private Security Guard, cut him with pangas and made away with his gun along Kumi road, Mbale City, Easter Uganda.
According to eye witnesses, the assailants were riding on a motorcycle and after killing the security guard, they collected his gun and disappeared.
The security guard is attached to JAG Security group LTD.
The eyewitnesses also identified the deceased as Wamoto Ivan.
The deceased’s body is lying at Mbale City mortuary pending post-mortem.
