"We were skilled but not Equiped" - Zonal Industrial HUB beneficiaries cry out to M7

Our investigative  journalist has conducted a survey in the just concluded state house industrial Zonal Hub skilling.

His study indicates that several beneficiaries from all regions :- Eastern, Central, west nile , Northern and karamoja region complained on luck of equipment to implement what was skilled to them.

While in Bugisu region, Journalist Musamali Arnold spoke to a number of beneficiaries who confessed to him that state house never provided them with any material or equipment as start up capital . 

"We are so greatfull to state house that had enabled us to get skills in various courses, i le :- Welding, Hair dressing, Tailoring etc, though we were only give 100,000/- after our graduation" - one of the beneficiaries said . 

Most of the beneficiaries went with expectations that they would be equipped with equipments like it was before in the first phase out.

During the first phase out in kololo, beneficiaries would get equipments like Sawing machines, Hand hair drayer, mirrors, welding machines, materials etc, depending on which course one did during the training.

Our sources in state house informed us that there was a budget for equipments for all  beneficiaries, though mafia could have swindled the money.
