How Mbale Prominent Lawyer/faded politician Snatched their wife, helped file a divorce,- and took over X- husband's property worth billions of shillings.

A businessman and Engineer from Mbale, based in Kampala are in tears after a prominent lawyer/faded politician snatched his wife and two commercial houses in Kampala. 

Mr. Makai (not his real name) approached us with a complaint about how he lost his 2 commercial houses located in Kampala and his wife to a city lawyer, who helped file a divorce for them.

How it started 

Makayi's narration:-

In 2020 I got into a misunderstanding with my wife whom I have 3 children. My wife opted for a divorce and got I connection with a Mbale prominent lawyer who pushed for our divorce.

I tried my level best to approach my in-laws requesting them to convince my wife and us to get together, they also spoke to my wife in the clan meeting and issues were resolved. 

Things got worse when her lawyer discovered that I owned buildings in Kampala city and had included my wife as a shareholder.

Based on my knowledge this cunning lawyer tried his level best to vibe my wife and promised her marriage after divorce. 

In 2021, the divorce case was filed in one of the courts in Kampala city by her lawyer, at this point, my wife had abandoned my home and moved in with the lawyer. 

Having noticed that he has successfully snatched my wife, he tried his level best to push for this diversity more and more. 

Mid-2021 I and my wife successfully divorced and the court ordered me to share my property with my wife. The court was not fair to me because my wife was given almost every commercial building and land I owned. 

The lawyer was in jubilation after taking home a double win, he took my wife and my houses, I am told that in a month the Mbale city lawyer had completed land title transfers and houses were sold off cheaply. 

The lawyer and my wife are still together but I was left bankrupt, not even the court was fair to me.

How Makai described the Later.

The lawyer is well known in Bugisu and Mbale city in particular, besides being a lawyer, he is also a politician who contested in the 2021 General elections as a Member of parliament but lost the election.
