Minister kitutu in another scandal of Ghost Goat suply in Karamoja, Contractor swindles millions of shillings goes into hiding.

Things look to be getting out of hands of minister of karamoja, Hon. Gorreti Kitutu as another whistle blower contacts State house Anti corruption unit, accusing her for distributing ghost goats. 

Our spy networks in state house anti corruption unit has informed us that the whistle blower through a phone call revealed that minister kitutu got In touch with a one Keffa, who hails from Bugisu to suply goats to Karamoja but ended up disappearing with tax payers money. 

We also got information from our insiders that after collecting money from the minister, Keffa went into hiding and has ever since refused to pick up the ministers calls. 

It is also Alleged that it could be keffa together with another Bugisu MP who are digging down the minister of karamoja, sources say they linked information to state house anti Corruption unit about the stollen iron sheets.

The permanent Secretary, Office of the prime minister - Keith Muhakanizi, issued a strong press release Ordering minister kitutu to avail accountability for all the relief disbursed off to Karamoja.

By time of filling this story, minister Kitutu had refused to pick up our calls to respond to the allegations by the whistle blower.
