Eric Tumwesigwa a supporter of Bobi wine was allegedly picked a fortnight ago from Kazo in Nansana Wakiso District by men holding guns and wearing army uniform.
He allegedly was taken to an unknown place.
Yesterday he was found in areas of Kyebando with fresh wounds and unwell.
Eyewitness who discovered him told our reporters that he was found dumped next to water drainage commonly known as "Omwala".
Police has not issued any statement by the time we filled this story.
