"I Can't be a bait" -Minister Kitutu Vows to expose all ministers in iron sheets scandal.

Appearing before the committee probing the office of the prime minister (OPM) saga, the minister of Karamoja, Hon. Mary Gorreti Kitutu admitted to having diverted karamoja iron sheets. 

Minister kitutu admitted to having received 25,000 pieces of Karamoja iron sheets and disbursed 6,000 to the Karamoja region.

Kitutu told the committee that she will be in a position to give a detailed report on the Karamoja donations on Friday 3rd, 2023. 

"Madam chairman, allow me to go back and collect the necessary information so that I present a detailed report on Friday "- Kitutu. 

Our insider has informed us that minister Kitutu has vowed not to go down alone. 

Our source further revealed to us that minister Kitutu is so much disappointed with fellow ministers who are using her as bait, yet they kept pressurizing her for a share of the Karamoja relief items. 

On Monday 27th Feb 2023, the speaker of parliament, Rt. Hon Anita Annet Among cleaned her hands and assured the public that the minister will be brought to books. 

"Let everyone carry his or her cross, yes I got the OPM Iron sheets but I did not sell them, I donated them to Government schools in Bukedea"-Speaker Among.
