NUP Wameli's remain in Transit to Uganda. Expected to land at Entebbe Airport at 2pm.

Nation unity platform (NUP) legal head counsel Anthony Wameli remains in Transit to Uganda. 

According to our reporters, the body is expected to land at Entebbe International Airport today 2nd March 2023, at 2 pm.

Wameli passed away a month ago in the United state of America, where he had gone for treatment.

1. 4:30pm. A public viewing in Celebration of His Defence of Human to Rights at NUP Head Office, Makerere, Kavule.

2. 7pm - 7am. Vigil and wake at his home at Kyetume, Gayaza.

Saturday 4th March, 202

8am - 9am.

The Cortegè makes a stop at Ebenezer worship centre Kanyanya for viewing and final farewell. 

3. 10am - 1pm. Funeral Service at Redeemed of the Lord Evangelistic Church- Kyebando.  

2pm- 6pm. The Cortegè heads to Namisindwa.

6pm - 6am vigil at the ancestral home in namisindwa.

Sunday 5th March, 2023

9pm - 12noon

Farewell service at Namisindwa Sports Ground.

2:00Pm burial.
