LDC: Lwengo RDC Hudu Hussein fails final exams.
Hudu Hussein, the Lwengo Resident District Commissioner and a controversial figure on Twitter has failed his Bar Course Examinations released Friday by the Law Development Centre.
According to the results seen by Freeman News-UG, Hudu Hussein miserably failed civil litigation with a score of 27%, and in about three other papers he scored below the 50% pass mark making him ineligible to graduate from LDC.
An alumnus of Islamic University in Uganda, Hudu will remain a mere law degree holder with no post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice until he returns for another academic year and modifies his series of retakes.
“He spends a lot of time tweeting rubbish yet his head is empty,” said a Lecturer at LDC while releasing the results of RDC Hudu Hussein whose transcripts contained retakes for civil litigation among other course units.
Mr. Hudu spends most of his time on Twitter mobilizing for the MK movement, a pressure group behind the presidential bid of the first son Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
By press time, Mr. Hudu was not available on his socials and known phone contacts for a comment but sources privy to him say he attributes this to vendetta held on him by some lecturers at LDV who despise Muhoozi presidential bid.
Mr. Hudu shot to the limelight during the 2020 COVID lockdown. He was by then an RCC for Kawempe before his eventual transfer to the remote Northern Uganda district of Yumbe. In last year’s reshuffle, he was returned to central in Lwengo district. Amidst all these transfers, he was silently studying the bar course at LDC in Kampala.
