Family members, through their family lawyers have petitioned to anti corruption unity following allegations that the court judge connived with a complainant to fraudulently give away a deceased's land located in Nkumba wakiso District.
Through F.X Ogwadog Co. Advocates, the family filed a complaint against act of conflict of intrest and influence fiddling by the principle judge Dr. Flavian Nzeija.

The three brothers:- Kyeyune Peter, Herbert katta, and phillip Ndugga are not contented with the way the principle judge handled their family land issue.

The three sons to claim to be the sons of late Solomon Kamya and are the original joint tenants, registered proprietors of land comprised in Busiro Block 444 plot 214 and 227 at Nkumba Wakiso District having been registered on 25th june 1997.
The said father, Solomon Kamya died on the 26th June 2000 and by this time, it is alleged that all the three sons were of minority age and had no legal capacity to contract.
