"Betty Kamya and her IGG are corrupt and compromised"- M7.

"IGG and Bettty Kamya are corrupt and have been compromised by the corrupt officials" - This statement was made by president Yoweri kaguta Museveni while speaking to mourners yesterday in Kololo.

Gen Museveni who was on Wednesday 10th May 2023,  speaking at a funeral service to honor the former State Minister for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations, Rtd. Col Charles Patrick Okello-Engola held at Kololo ceremonial grounds described the Inspectorate of Government(IGG) as a den of corrupt officials who have been compromised by corrupt officials. 

"I don't have any hope in this Betty Kamya"s IGG institution, they have been compromised by those who swindle Government funds, they are now part of the corruption in the country which is prohibiting development in the country" - president Museveni.

This is not the first time president Museveni is hitting back to IGG Betty Kamya, in 2022, president Museveni warned the IGG to go slow on corrupt officials.

"Betty kamya, be careful while investigating corrupt officials, they might be prompted to invest the loot outside Uganda" - President Museveni.

 

Recently, president Museveni wrote to IGG instructing her to back off his army during her campaign of all Government officials to declarer their wealth.
