Just in: State Minister for Karamoja Affairs Agness Nandutu is expected to reappear before the high court this morning.

Just in: State Minister for Karamoja Affairs  as well as the Woman Member of parliament representing Bududa district, Hon. Agness Nandutu is appearing before the High Court Judge, Jane Okuo Kajuga on charges of dealing with stolen property. 

Defense Lawyer   Wamukota Charles is objecting to the trial.
