KCCA is empowering youths elected leaders in all the divisions of kampala to embrace mindset change for social economic transformation of the city.
The youth leaders will transfer the skills acquired to other youths within their Divisions and beyond. This is to create a multiplier effect of the number of youths with the same skills around the city and beyond.
This forum conducted at the KCCA kabalagala youth centre was aimed at creating Division Level Facilitators for Socio-economic Transformation and Empowerment in KCCA which will make our youths more productive and reduce on crime rates plus other muladaptive behavior.
The expected outcome is for the Youth at the various levels in KCCA , to take positive steps towards their well being and supporting efforts towards a Safe, prosperous , Productive and Smart City.
