We are not sure whether President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will returns her as the Executive Director of KCCA , But according to the accounting officers in KCCA, Kisaka's City Hall tenure has suffered great under funding and late releases for development works.
Kisaka was appointed to the coveted position by the president in July 2020, together with others. As the three-year tenure expires, President Museveni is expected to renew the appointment based on his judgement on performance.
Kisaka is the second person to spearhead the city's technical wing in a substantive capacity. However, she took over during the Covid-19 lockdown time and has been beset by numerous challenges, including low funding.
