Shedrack Masaak, The Chairperson of Busulwa Boda boda Stage in Tsekululu, Namisindwa District is among the students sitting for Uganda Certificate Of Education examinations (UCE).
Masaaka, the 35 year old, a Businessman who also awns a wholesale shop in Busulwa trading center says he was forced to go back to school because he needed to learn the basics in English and mathematics.
He revealed that he dropped out of school in 2008 and decided to resumed because of the changing world.
Masaaka is optimistic that he will pass with flying colors adding that his interests are to upgrade and atleast gain skills which will support his livelihood.
He called upon young people in school to study hard and called asked mature people who would wish to go back to school to desist from listening to people's negative opinions. Masaaka says he now believes that Education has no age limit.
William Lusayi, the Namisindwa District Inspector of Schools a total of 1766 candidates in Namisindwa started their Uganda Certificate of Education examinations on Monday.
According to Lusayi, out of 1766 candidates, 961(54%) are male and 805(46%) females were registered and are scheduled to sit for papers at 7 examination centres for 14 secondary schools in the district.
