"Rt. Hon. Amama Mbabazi Is alive" - Captain Mukula.

The NRM chairperson Eastern Uganda, Flt. Captain Mike Mukula has rubbished rumors circulating on social media that the former prime minister, Rt. Hon. Amama Mbabazi is dead.  

Via his official social media platform X, captain Mukula has confirmed that Mbabazi is alive and kicking.

"I have heard and seen nefarious and incompetent news circulating on social media networks.. Rt. Hon Amama Mbabazi is well at home with his family and in an extremely buoyant mood… I have just talked to him…. @AmamaMbabazi"- Captain  Mukula.

The Fake news claiming that Amama Mbabazi is dead was mostly circulated on Facebook and X-platform which was formerly known as Twitter. 

This is not the first time the public is announcing the death of Government officials even when they are still alive.

Few months ago social media users announced the death of Sam Kutesa who is still alive up-to-date.
